1. Commercial Quotations & Specifications

All product information, technical drawings, Fluke test pass rates, and price quotations provided on our site or via email are subject to confirmation. Formal price quotes issued by sales representatives are valid for the period specified on the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Quotation sheet due to potential raw material (e.g., copper) market fluctuations.

2. OEM / ODM Customization & Orders

Design Approval: For OEM orders requiring custom labeling, connector molding, or unique packaging, production will commence only after formal artwork approval or sample sign-off by the buyer.
Order Minimums (MOQ): MOQ requirements vary depending on cable categories and custom specifications, as detailed during negotiations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product images, technical documentation, and software—is the property of LinksUp Cable and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Shipping Terms

Payment terms (e.g., T/T Wire Transfer, L/C) and shipping conditions (FOB, CIF, DDP, Express) shall be agreed upon in writing and specified in individual Proforma Invoices or commercial contracts signed by both parties.

5. Quality Inspection & Warranty

LinksUp Cable stands behind its manufacturing quality. All products undergo strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Any defect claims regarding quantity or specification discrepancies must be reported in writing within 30 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by technical inspection evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

LinksUp Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or misuse of cabling products beyond rated specification limits.
